GAME DISC is in VERY EXCELLENT condition.
Instruction Manual is INTACT and in overall EXCELLENT condition.
Comes in fair ORIGINAL GREEN case (backside of sticker on bottom left front of case). Does come with CASE INSERT/ARTWORK INTACT.
